·Define Asian target markets (Hongkong, Taiwan, Korea, India, SEA countries，Australia and New Zealand) go to market strategy for Arctic vision pipelines ;

·In charge of the corporate level strategic project and operational plans to ensure projects risks are identified and effective mitigate strategies and contingencies ;

·Coordinate project team to ensure uniform approach to project execution, align process to meet team’s expectation ;

·Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, forecasting, coordinating, managing, and delivering all activities for the projects ;

·Liaise cross functions and department to deliver measurable outputs against aspirational objectives ;

·Facilitate the setup of project governance and ensuring follow up action items to completion.

·Bachelor or above degree.;

·Business or Medical Science preferred;

·3-year + healthcare team in strategic consulting company working experience or regional exposure from MNC pharma or device;

·Ophthalmology background (preferred);

·At least 5 years project manager or equivalent ;

·Strong communication skills and collaboration skills across multiple cross function teams ;

·Attention to details and organized;

·Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously;

·Fluent English needed;

·Strategic planning Agility;

·“can do” / “get it done” attitude along with both structured and unstructured planning and team management skills;

·Positive behavior and easy to work with ;
