職位介紹:

1.     Marketingstrategic planning and execution for EF restaurants:

Provideinsightful and comprehensive marketing campaigns through brand events, salespromotions, digital and traditional media programs, etc. within allocatedbudget parameters.

 

2.     Activationimplementation management:

Planning tailormade promotion for restaurants in order to optimize sales volumes; work closelywith operation department, monitor and evaluate promotion results to modifyfuture activation programs.

 

3.     PublicRelationship Management:

Builduprelationship with traditional Medias, digital Medias, landlords, agencies andcooperation partners, come up better solutions or projects to improveadvertising efficiency and Brand reputation.

 

4.     DigitalMarketing Planning and Execution:

Work closely withIT team, CLP team and agencies; align useful digital marketing campaign forintegrated market programs by using official digital resources and SocialMedia. Seeking other digital project opportunities.

 

5.     DataAnalysis:

Identifyingissues and opportunities by analyzing restaurant performance and consumerbehavior, propose and integrate effective solutions along with other marketingprograms;

 

6.     MarketingResearch:

Monitoringcompetitors and market trends by doing marketing researches through differentmethods; forming ideas for marketing programs throw research results

 

7.     Partnershipwith CLP team:

Work closely withCLP team to define best integrated marketing campaign for different marketingobjectives.

Reasonableallocation of work for team members in order to maximum efficiency

 

8.     OperationTraining and Restaurant Support:

Work closelywith Operation department, support restaurant according to different types ofpromotion, provide necessary marketing training for operation team in order toimplement marketing programs efficiently, increase brand WOM, and improverestaurants performance and customer experiences.


9.     Review and Report:

       Support marketing manager with monthly and/orad hoc analysis & reports by reviewing all running program, evaluateprogram efficiency and effectiveness, share
       learning points, and modify futuremarketing planning.


崗位要求:

· Experience in brand management

· Understanding of brand equity

· Familiar withchain business relatedoperation, database management, digital marketing, public relation, CRM andmarketing research.

· Cross-functional cooperation

· Good knowledge of market and retail       

· Influencing and negotiating skills

· Knowledge of ROI management

· Min.3~5 years ofmarketing experienceinconsumer focused companies

· Priority for experience in Brand management.
