Responsibilities：

l  Assist to develop the retail / wholesale businessdevelopment strategy in the region;

l  Identify and also map out the opportunities in thestrategic cities of the region;

l  Responsible for lease negotiations with thelandlord about the design approval, renovation works, implementation of thelease agreement and other important operational issues;

l  Collect valuable and updated market intelligencerelevant to retail / business development from various channels;

l  Closely monitor retail / business development andmarket trends;

l  Travel as needed for sourcing, meetings, marketresearch & etc.

  

Requirements：

l  With 5+ years’ relevant working experience incommercial real estate sourcing / negotiating in China;

l  Good analytical skills and skills to deal withdifferent bands and function heads;

l  Understanding of the whole process of storeopening; operation and closing;

l  Familiar with current retail market condition andhave good and extensive business network with landlords and business associatesin China;

l  Strong analytical skill and sales personality.
